About Our Service

ibaji is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other interactive entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. This platform is designed exclusively for adult and responsible users.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ibaji platform and the user ("you" or "user"). ibaji reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Registration Process

To open an account with ibaji, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. ibaji reserves the right to immediately close any account if the information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading.

Account Security

Account Suspension and Closure

ibaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations.

If an account is permanently closed, any bonus balance held in the account may be forfeited. However, the real money balance may be returned where applicable.

Welcome Bonus

ibaji offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• The combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 25 times (wagering requirement) before withdrawal.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• After claiming the bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within a specified time limit.
• Different wagering contribution rates may apply when using the bonus on different games.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned through wagering are withdrawable.

VIP and Loyalty Program

The ibaji VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on regular activity and contributions. Details of VIP benefits are subject to change, and ibaji reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

Bonus Abuse Prohibited

ibaji follows a strict policy against bonus fraud or abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming the same bonus on multiple accounts.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of collecting bonuses.
• Using arbitrage (risk-free betting) strategies.
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements through equal or opposing bets.

If bonus abuse is proven, the relevant bonus and all winnings earned from that bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ibaji platform and may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

1. Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, hacking, manipulation, or any other illegal method.
2. Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
3. Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
4. Attempting unauthorized access to the system or network.
5. Copying, distributing, or misusing ibaji's intellectual property.
6. Using harassment, threats, or disrespectful language toward other users.
7. Spreading false information about ibaji.

Use of Personal Information

ibaji places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. The information you provide will be used for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification.
• Processing financial transactions.
• Improving service quality and providing customer support.
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• Fraud prevention and ensuring security.
